Excellent location, directly opposite north pier. Odd smell in the corridor and lift and there was dust everywhere but they are having work done, we were aware of that pre arrival. We paid £140 for 1 night with no breakfast which in my opinion is quite expensive. The room was clean and spacious, comfy bed, tv. Friendly staff let us check in early. Car park 1 min walk away £16 for 48 hrs. Bar was open. Would return but I'd look for a deal or special offer.

So this isn’t really a hotel I would return to unfortunately. I didn’t feel very comfortable in the room it just didn’t feel very clean. The hotel needs a lot of money spending on it to get it up to scratch. I wouldn’t spend that on a room of that condition normally. Great view though so thanks to the staff they were great. I’d say its great for people getting drunk etc but not for a single mum and a child. Great location though !

Wasn’t easy to find as had no name on hotel. Outside not very clean but rooms and inside was clean
