I've stayed at Gracelands Guest House 3 nights and it was perfect! The situation (4mn walking from the coach station), the bed (very comfortable) , the color of the painting in my room (pink! I love pink!!) and most of all Tony the owner of the hotel! Very helpful and friendly. I recommend Gracelands Guest House
Room was clean, was given towels, toilet and shower is shared, breakfast room is small so higher occupancy may be a bit tight but as the only guest that night it was fine. Free parking (a few spaces up front) and breakfast is a great perk.
Would stay again off-peak.
We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Our room was ready for us as soon as we arrived. It was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was very good plenty of food . We pre ordered and asked what time we would like it.
Comfortable rooms. In need of updating and modernising. Ok if you arenât fussed about mod cons.
Room was double booked so was switched to another room.
Staff friendly
I booked this on the back of reading reviews, and I was amazed how others had reviewed it the way they had
I was annoyed that people hadnât reviewed it in a truthful manner
Gracelands is a very cheap and cheerful little B+B close to central pier, within short walking distance to shops and tower.
Really good breakfast and my host, Lisa, was so helpful and friendly. Very accommodating
Unfortunately, there was a few hours delay checking in. The phone numbers on the door were accurate but were not being answered causing me to be concerned about my accommodation for the evening. I believe the communication situation has been resolved. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Centrally based, easy access to all areas of Blackpool. Welcoming staff, very clean. Great breakfast.
Few problems with condensation which need sorting, otherwise cheap and cheerful stay.
Had another great stay at gracelands its my go to b&b when staying at blackpool, Dave is a great host and always available and very helpful with any needs.
