Very good location, Lovely view

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional value
Cons: Just a little upgrading in the rooms
Location: Nice walks along the beach which is just. Over the road, bus stop and tram stop within 50 yards, easy access to all attractions
Everything okay, rooms a bit old fashioned, but clean and comfortable, could do with a makeover which has started downstairs
