When we got here we checked in and got given the wrong room and still continued to give us the wrong room and didn’t change it (we booked the luxury one), there was a group of people the floor above which were really loud and we could hear all of the conversation, the room was cold when we got there until we left

Avoid

Booked here for the night and when we arrived they told us there was no room even tho we had booked online.. We were left stressed with 4 kids and the hotel staff where no help! Just said no room and told us to leave.. with no refund after paying £150 for one night!
