We were there for one night. This is the second year we stayed here and it has gone downhill. The hotel had a very bad smell that started in elevator then into the hallway on 4th floor. We had another party staying there and they said 2nd floor smelt just as bad. Only one elevator working. The elevator had some kind of service/emergency button that flashed at ground level. An employee walked by when we saw it and his comment was, that keeps doing that and we let the owner know but its not fixed yet. Yeah we felt great taking it to the 4th floor. Our room was ok but there were splatter drips down the wall around the toilet. Hair on the floor. Disappointed and will not be staying there again.

Rethink staying here!

We’ve stayed at this hotel before. 4 or 5 years ago it was well kept. This stay was disgusting. Our 1st room had a broken door handle to the bathroom. The entire room looked like it had not been cleaned. Most likely just pulled the sheets up and remade the beds after the last people stayed in that room. There was hair on the sheets, red stains on the wall near the desk. Splatter marks were all over the back of the door. The nightstand had crumbs all over it and there was food left in the fridge. My daughter didn’t feel like she could sleep in the room. She and I both were grossed out. My daughter freaked out because she saw a bug crawling on the edge at the foot of the bed. Upon looking …. I’m not sure if it was a carpet beetle (based on google lens or if it was a bed bug). I called the front desk and they called management. In less than a couple of minutes the front desk called back and said we could come down to get new keys to a room a few doors down. We did… After getting into the second room, it looked cleaner, we checked the beds, looked everywhere. We did see another one of those bugs on the wall near the sitting bench in the 2nd room. We decided to stay but were going to sleep on top of the sheets with our own blankets. We would have left but all hotels were sold out due to state championships in the area. The elevator smelled like urine. Only 1 elevator worked. Cleaning ladies came up to “clean” 1st room, all they did was remove food from fridge. No cleaning cart.

We got checked in OK but the gal behind the counter was very rude when we asked for more towels (there were 3 of us and 1 bath towel). She said they needed all that they had for rooms that hadn't been serviced yet. How does rhat work ?? I left my name written in the dust on the desk it was so thick !! Shower pressure was about the only good thing in the room ..

Room was not clean. Floor didn’t look like it had been properly vacuumed. There was hair found on the chairs and the in shower (it wasn’t ours). From 12:30pm-4:45 there were doors slamming, people yelling, furniture moving and loud music.

Got no rest

The common areas looked worn and smelled like a bathroom. Our room was very loud. We could hear every vehicle on I81 and person in the hall. The shower pressure was more of a trickle. Eggs and biscuits at breakfast were cold.

Property does not seem to be taken care of well. Disappointed. Hair on sheets, pillow case, in shower. Only two towels in a room that sleeps 4 and had to go down to get extra. The lobby Fridge that should have water and other drinks to buy was completely empty. Parking lot poorly designed. It was in a safe area and close to the highway.

Worse than a Motel 6

The sink was clogged when we checked in around 9:30 PM. We called front desk. Someone came and tried something. Didn’t work. He said he will come back in a minute. Never returned. There was one bath towel for three of us. A towel with coffee stains. Never going to stay in this hotel or a Wyndham chain again.
