We really liked the condo, it was well furnished. The views were great. The gate code did not come in the emails we received. Then, the wifi password that was included in the email was not correct. The correct wifi password was in the binder on the kitchen counter. it would have been helpful to have some information on controlling the TV. Overall, a comfortable stay.

This lovely condo with waterfront views and beach access had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay with a complete kitchen and stocked bathrooms. Walking and biking on nearby trails and easy access to the restaurants at Semiahmoo Resort made this a perfect mini vacation for us. I have already recommended it to our friends since we were so impressed.

Summer week on the Semiahmoo Spit

We really enjoyed the location of this property, proximity to bike/wallking trail, beach trail and local facilities at the Semiahmoo Resort. We took advantage of proximity to downtown Blaine and Birch Bay to hit different restaurants. Lastly, we appreciated the gated parking which allowed us to keep our golf clubs in the car. We'd stay here again.

Heavenly

Stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. It was sunny with a cool breeze. We enjoyed being right on the water and the quiet neighborhood. Spring flowers were out and we enjoyed the walks along the water and cooking in the comfortable kitchen. We slept with the sliding glass doors open to hear the water and birds.

Beautiful, comfortable condo with ocean views in both directions. Walkable beach and asphalt walking trail at doorstep. Condo kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom were well stocked with everything needed. Highly recommend for a peaceful seaside getaway.

Condo by the Sea

This location is as good as it gets for water views out each window. I enjoyed the serenity of the surroundings and living spaces. It is a great get away. The beach walks are so pleasant. They can seeminly go on for ever, or be a short jaunt. I was there when it was raining part of the time and found it refreshing rain or shine.

Wonderful view

The view and cleanliness of the unit was top notch. However, the furniture was SO uncomfortable we had to sit on bed pillows to play cards at table. Nothing in the living room was comfortable, even to sit in and look out at the view. Microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator, very hard, if not impossible, space for to reach.

Love this location

I am a hobby wildlife photographer, and birder and the Semiahmoo area offers great birding so this was an excellent option for me. I’ve stayed here once before and it’s so comfortable and cozy was glad it was available again. If my bank account allows, I hope to stay again in the future, but at a time of the year where the weather is better. Convenient to everything I needed and great communication by the owner and check-in was easy.

Easy-to-follow instructions. Comfortable, clean property. Great proximity to Semiahmoo restaurant, marina, etc. Even better how close to Vancouver. Enjoyed watching movies in the evening, walking the marina-side trail and beach. Purchased produce from nearby farms. Highly recommend.

Amazing views

My husband and I celebrated our 47th Anniversary at the Semiahmoo Spit. We found this property to be everything we expected. Amazing views, well-appointed home with everything we needed, secure parking and easy access to dining. We hope to visit again someday!

Lovely location and very clean. Stay there with a friend and we are both older so maybe not set up for us. Microwave on the fridge very dangerous unless you are 6 ft tall. No regular spices for cooking

Lovely Beach getaway

This 2nd floor condo has a beautiful view, is in a great location and well-maintained. We would have given 5 stars, but for luxury ratings we were missing a few things: Bathrooms are 3rd floor only. Couch and chairs are for sitting only. Not real comfy for kicking up your feet and relaxing. Lots of steps to the beach with no access from the back of the property . Bedrooms need blackout curtains, since it's bright by 5:00 a.m..
