Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer and iron. The sofa serves as an extra bed.

On the ground floor there is a dining room and a kitchen, and from the kitchen there is access to a fully fenced terrace. There is a barbecue. You will eat on a wooden table and chairs, and you will use the lounge furniture and a swing.
