Great Hotel!

I went back and read reviews on the hotel just before I flew out! I was a little nervous to say the least! When I arrived in reception to welcoming staff and a beautiful well kept hotel I couldn't have been more relieved. The room was well presented and clean with robes and slippers as well as all the toiletries you could need. There was no tea and coffee facilities but we enquired and they delivered a kettle, cups etc to our room. The breakfast had loads of choice and many things were homemade such as the butter, yoghurt and jam. The pool and jacuzzi were possibly my favourite part as they faced directly out onto the lake with a view of the castle and snowy topped mountains. The hotel is in a great position, close to the lake and plenty of restaurants and shops including a small supermarket. The lake is a lovely walk of about 6k and many walks lead off it. Such a beautiful place , I was sorry to leave.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Doch die Sauberkeit und der Zimmerservie (so z. B. weder Kaffee noch Tee wurden aufgefüllt, kein Bademantel im Zimmer) entsprechen nicht einer 4 Stern Bewertung!! So auch die Terasse wo die Holzbretter am Boden zum Teil lose waren !!
