I called the front desk and reported water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom around 6am. There was a large puddle forming across the floor. I was told maintenance would stop by when they got in but I asked for another room to continue sleeping and be able to get ready to leave later in the morning. She replied “ I’ll try” after a long awkward silence I asked if she was still trying and was there a room for me. I was told to go to the front desk to pick up the key and then she hung up. I packed up my stuff, when to the front desk and was handed a key to another room. No sorry for the inconvenience, no thanks for letting us know, and no sense of customer service skills.
