We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was in a great location and truly had all of the comforts of home. The beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was perfect and there were so many books, games and movies for all to enjoy! Our hosts provided everything we could've possibly needed or wanted. We can't wait to go back!
The cabin "looks" Wonderful but unfortunately Im not good with driving steep hills , there is some to get to cabin. The area is beautiful & i would say do not miss this trip! The host replies quickly and is very kind.
We had a wonderful stay at The Treehouse in Cherry Log, Blue Ridge-- perfect for two or a family of four. It was two of us and our dog, perfect amount of space, peaceful and relaxed. Their are other cabins nearby by the beautiful forest of tree canopies inbetween provide a great deal of privacy. We took advantage of the hot tub, and cooked on the gas grill. This is also a great place for writers. Close to downtown Blue Ridge, a quaint little town with restaurants and shops. We stopped by Mercier Orchards for hard cider and pecan pie-- delicious! We hope to book this location in the future.
Had a great weekend. Cabin was very clean. Enjoyed the piece and quiet. Very convenient to town, all restaurants, and hiking trails. Loved the hot tub after hiking all day.
Our family was visiting the area from Florida for Spring Break. The Treehouse cabin was perfect for our family of 4 - kids loved the bunk beds! The cabin was very clean, comfortable and included everything we needed and more - you could tell the owners put alot of thought and care into it. The kitchen had all the pans, utensils, etc we needed for the few meals we cooked. We also enjoyed the selection of games available. Seeing deer daily was a highlight! We'd definitely book again the next time we visit the area!
We chose this cabin to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We loved the cabin itself as it was perfect for the two of us! It was adorable, clean, and very relaxing. The owner made sure everything was ready and communication was easy.
Cute cozy cabin in the woods. Secluded but still only about 10 minutes from town. The cabin is exactly as described in the listing. Will definitely stay here again. The owner is very nice and communicates well.
We had an excellent stay at the treehouse. Property was very well taken care of, organized, and easy to check-in and check-out of.
Roads were no issue for us but they are definitely roads that I would expect to get to a mountain cabin. 4WD helped but I wouldnât say required. Enclosed patio, hot tub, and outside fire pit were all great.
The cabin was lose enough to stuff / downtown if needed, but far enough away to still feel like youâre secluded. We will definitely be staying here again if we plan another trip to the area.
We rented this cabin for 5 days and it was great. The area was very quiet and the cabin was very cozy. I loved the amenities, they had a new fridge and stove + sound bar for the TV. We really enjoyed the nightly movies! We also brought our pet so we could all enjoy the beautiful nature.
Cherry log cabins can sometimes be located in areas that are difficult to access, especially for inexperienced drivers, but in this case, the cabin was very close to the central paved road, with very little driving on a hill road.
We are already planning our return!
We had such a great time at this cabin. It was so cute and cozy. It felt like a home away from home, really easy to settle into! The drive on the gravel road was a little scary at first but after a few times it was no big deal.
My husband and I came up to Blue Ridge to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely stay again :)
The back porch was our favorite spot where we spent hours listening to nature while enjoying each other's company. The inside was very clean and orderly. The kitchen supplies and campfire could use a little attention. The drive up to the cabin was a little more intensive than we were expecting, but we didn't have any trouble. I would come to stay again in a heartbeat.
Small, cute little place in the mountains yet close to town. All the accommodations and assecories you might need for a family with small kids. We were able to fix/cook meals each night, enjoy the hot tub and fire place, and, play games and just relax. The place had a notebook of a galore of suggestions and activities to do in the area. Though our main focus was enjoying the outdoors. We felt very welcome and at home.
