The staff was very friendly, checking in and out was quick. Hotel was clean and area was very nice, really only have one complaint, and that was for amenities, we had to go to service desk several times to ask for towels, toilet tissue and coffee, we stayed for two nights, they said they don’t clean rooms but every other day, that’s if you stay for more than one night, but I do believe, they should at least refresh your room with amenities, when we arrived we had two towels, two hand towels, to wash cloths, no bath mat to step out of shower, and next day we had to go down to service desk to get coffee.

Super room! Ungodly non stop noise from what sounded like power washing ALL NIGHT LONG! Design of parking bad - when trash truck comes you’re blocked in for at least 20 min (as I was!). BUT, staff very helpful and courteous !!

Always our option for travel to blue ridge as it’s close to everything, safe, clean, and consistent. Parking is also easy. The rooftop bar area is nice and their breakfast has a variety of options.

The Hampton Inn was very clean, great location at the train station, and the staff were friendly, helpful. The restaurant was had food food and service, If you’re doing the Blue Ridge train ride- be sure to book a room with the Hampton Inn!! ❤️

Excellent location! Right across from the train and walking distance to many shops and great restaurants! Our room was very clean and smelled clean, not musty like a lot of hotels. Really comfy beds. I would absolutely stay here with my family again.

Hotel was conveniently located in town. Very updated decor. Room was clean and cozy but we both found the king size bed to be a bit too firm for our comfort. The bar was a bit disorganized. Did not have breakfast there but they did have very good hot coffee.

Dont stay there

Room was nice and clean. My problem was only 1 elevator was working. Really hot in hall while waiting on elevator. My elderly parents were not safe with only 1 elevator working. Thank God no emergency otherwise it would take too long for help to get to us with elevator. Also breakfast food horrible and not enough for sold out hotel
