Located on a quiet street, one block from the Black Sheep restaurant, it’s only a short walk to downtown’s shops, bars, restaurants and more! Conveniently located to other areas in the North Georgia mountains like Aska, Lake Blue Ridge, Blairsville, and McCaysville. Only a short drive to the Tri-State area, Horseshoe Bend Park, Toccoa River, Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino, and many orchards and wineries. So many fun activities to walk to: Escape Blue Ridge, The Art Center, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, and much more! The home has been completely updated and renovated. Two master suites: a King bedroom with full bathroom (shower) and a Queen bedroom with full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Could potentially sleep additional kids in living area, if you bring your own air mattress or if someone wants to sleep on the sofa (not a pull out). Front porch offers a relaxing seating area to sit and talk while back patio has ample seating around the fire pit. Completely updated kitchen, including Keurig for coffee, so don't forget your pods!
