- AWD/4WD recommended depending on conditions
- Daytime arrival is strongly encouraged for first-time guests
- Drivers may need to yield or reverse to allow safe passing
This is part of the charm of a true mountain setting.
Natural Mountain Environment
Pine Noir is surrounded by nature, and with that comes the occasional presence of insects or small outdoor critters—part of the authentic mountain experience.
We take great care to maintain the home with regular pest control and thorough cleaning to keep the space comfortable.
Utilities & Connectivity
As with many mountain properties, occasional temporary interruptions to power, water, or WiFi can occur due to weather or rural infrastructure.
These instances are uncommon and typically short-lived, and we communicate quickly and work to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.
