Exceptional river frontage at this spacious, yet cozy cabin. The extra large cabin has three bedrooms along with bunk beds, sleep sofa and two and a half baths. The main floor includes a large living room with gas fireplace, sitting room with spectacular river views and gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and office. The additional two bedrooms, living room with sleep sofa and bathroom are on the second floor. The porch overlooking the river is a perfect place to relax in the rocking chairs and just sit and listen to the peaceful rhythms of the river. The property also features a "park-like" shoreline with deck, picnic area and swing - perfect for winding down. And if you get tired of fishing, tubing or swimming on the river, downtown Blue Ridge is a short 7-mile drive and complete with shops, restaurants and plenty of other things to do! The Toccoa Riverhouse provides an atmosphere that will not soon be forgotten.

We had an wonderful time staying here! The cabin is beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It’s beautifully decorated, functional and cozy at the same time ! Location is great… just moments away from downtown Blue Ridge and easy to get to many different activities and sights nearby! Very quiet and peaceful and just steps away from the river which we really enjoyed walking down to fish, played games and tubed getting out right at the cabin. Kitchen had everything we needed ,was easy for multiple people to maneuver around in and cook /gather together and find whatever we were looking for! Check in and check out process were both very simple! Host was quick to respond when initially contacted at booking. I didn’t need to contact her about anything else as everything was so simple , smooth and nothing else needed ! Highly recommended, and looking forward to planning another visit here from Savannah !

We had such a great stay at this cabin! One of our favorite things was being able to fish right on the property. We spent most of our day outside under picnic table/swing area. The front porch was also the hangout area for relaxation in the evening time. The views and the sounds of the river are so relaxing and peaceful. We also loved having a fenced-in area out back where we could safely let the dogs out. I really appreciated how well-stocked the cabin was. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable, providing plenty of toiletries as well as kitchen and laundry essentials. It made our stay feel easy and stress-free, like a home away from home!

The host was so responsive and welcoming. They even had two Christmas trees set up, which made our December trip even more magical. They provided every amenity you could need. The cabin was so beautiful and sat right across from the Toccoa river, it offered breathtaking views from many areas. We brought our two pups with us and they loved the fenced in yard and going for walks along the river. It’s close to the quaint downtown area as well as grocery stores. 10/10 recommend!

This is a very nice cabin, although I really wouldn’t call it a cabin, it’s huge. Very well equipped and up to date. The river is very nice and a good place for kids to play and fish. The fenced in area for the dogs was great.

This was our 2nd stay, the first time 2 years ago we enjoyed the stay so much that we invited our family, the grand kids loved the river, could not keep them from enjoying the chilling experience of wading and exploring it.Tubing in the river was a big hit.The fire pit was perfect to enjoy smores and comradery of family time, everything was properly provided, our 2 grand boys wanted to camp out and they were able to do it. This is the best place to enjoy the area.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, relaxing, super clean, and so spacious! It has everything you need, great cookware, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Dee was wonderful, very accommodating, and responded very quickly if we had any questions. The outside property was also perfect for us and our dogs, so relaxing sitting by the river with a glass of wine or taking the dogs for a walk down the road along the river. The home was set up perfect to accommodate our larger dogs as well with gates on the deck and a fenced in area behind the house. There’s also so much to do within 5-20 mins from the house like river tubing, hiking to waterfalls, visiting downtown Blue Ridge and going to wineries. We named it the “Enchanted House” at the end of our fantastic vacation there!

We have stayed at this beautiful riverfront home for several years, and this was another wonderful visit. Sitting on the porch and listening to the water go by, seeing deer on our walks along the quiet lane in the evening, watching the mist rise from the river in the mornings - it is instant relaxation and restores my soul. Several times we drove above the Shallowford Bridge and dropped off tubers in our group, who floated down the river and walked out right at the house - so convenient. The house is large, with room for everyone to spread out for their own quiet time, and the dining table sits 10 or more when everyone is together. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and large enough for multiple cooks. And there is a cool pantry/bar/coffee room with a second full-size fridge and great storage. Dogs are allowed with a fee, and there is a fenced back yard. Dee has thought of everything and set up this mountain home perfectly for a great riverfront vacation!

Large spaces to roam around.

Very well stocked home with all the necessary supplies needed for cooking or grilling out. Beautiful home with great views of the river. We didn’t see any bear, however there was plenty of wildlife around. From ducks to geese and beaver's swimming the river, it wasn’t surprising to see a snake. Only 3 fish were caught, but to be fair we didn’t try to hard and it rained several of the days we were there.
