Molly at the front desk is very welcoming and has been there a number of years, so helpful. I can't say enough about the quality of the rooms, furniture, pictures, linens, bathroom shower curtains, products, bedding, etc. I have only stayed in the Courtyard King with private patio and will continue staying in those rooms, because I think they are wonderful. Bathroom cabinets are quality and I love the little coffee nook in the bathroom, so you don't wake up people who may be sleeping late. Quality coffee cups. A lot of resorts these days have a fridge filled with stuff, so when you want to bring something along, you can't fit it into the fridge. Not the case here. Actually, the freezer part works and is large enough for some ice packs. I usually bring some wine along for the patio in the evening.

Our stay was totally awesome. Rooms were great however, the following day, the person that was taking dirty dishes was very unprofessional, she was just throwing dishes it was so loud & other guests kept lookin at her like it must not be her day.

Everybody was so friendly at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with many options! Laundry available if needed. Would definitely recommend to stay here! Beautiful scenery outside! Only downside was the restaurant was closed for the season so we did not get to try that.

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was awesome and the room was very clean. The property is in excellent condition and it’s ideally located close to Monument Valley. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the season and we were really looking for it during all of our trip to celebrate a birthday. I would really appreciate if we were informed in advance, I would probably booked something else.

Needless to say you are in the middle of nowhere so they can charge a ridiculous amount then charge you a resort fee of $15, and it is far from a resort. The breakfast is your typical breakfast from other hotels, so not worth much at all. I stayed there because there was a restaurant there which was closed on the weekends, so that did not help. The rooms are tiny. The pictures make it look like it is out in an open field away from things, but it is right against a road.

I would suggest more towel racks, fewer decorative pillows and different bedstands. We both banged our shins on the footboards. All of the staff were wonderful.
