1 night, solo with small dog. POSITIVES: Kind staff, very good breakfast, good wifi, clean and fresh, pet fee $25 (cheaper than at many hotels), bed comfortable, shower pressure good, small duck pond with interesting birds beside hotel. NEGATIVES: Got too warm in room in wee hours of morning, and it was very challenging to enter the highway plus make a U-turn per GPS as traffic was crazy busy even at off-time on a Thursday. I miss the days when Bluffton was just an ignored river town. Even so, the hotel feels quiet on the inside and I would stay there again.

Great hotel with one problem

The hotel was new and staff were very nice. Room was nice and roomy. We had some lake view too. Price was very reasonable. The only minus was that their bed was very noisy. Brand new furniture, but don’t know how it was so noisy

The staff at this hotel are wonderful, especially Christina and Sheridan!! They were so accommodating and made my mom feel very comfortable. But honestly all of the staff were amazing! I would totally recommend and stay again in the future. See you guys in a few months!

Great place to stay for peace and quiet

Great place to stay and it was very peaceful and quiet.. I hate staying at hotels because of people and noise and people going in and out all hours of the night being noisy but this place was quiet and every employee spoke and said hello and goodbye as you were leaving.. breakfast was great.
