Great Location

Everything was perfect. One item I wish was better was lighting in bathroom and the table lamps in sitting area could have been brighter for reading.What a lovely place it was though. I'd stay there again and I will surely suggest friends stay there.

Beautiful Carriage House

The rental and location were excellent. Walking distance to great food and drink. Thank you note wine and coffee gift card welcoming us. So much to see in the area. We were there for a few days. Plan to go back for a longer stay.

The property was clean and well maintained - except that the toaster needs to be checked - the owner responds promptly and left us a wonderful happy when we arrived. Hopefully we can book it again when we are back up in April.

The carriage house is perfectly charming! We so enjoyed having the full kitchen and the privacy of the home! The decor and amenities were great and we will definitely tell others about the stay! The golf cart was a great addition but unfortunately we were so busy we didn’t get to use it!

Bright and airy garage apartment in a convenient location to Historic Bluffton. We were there as participants in an art show and cooked most meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Didn't really use the golf cart as it didn't feel safe.

My husband and I came to Bluffton to look around for a retirement home We choose Jays cottage because it was in the heart of Old Town and it looked amazing online We were so happy with our choice The cottage was so clean and bright and it had everything we needed and more Jay left a great welcome basket of wine and snacks which was so appreciated The cottage came with the use of a golf car which was awesome we took it to dinner every night and got to see the neighborhood without taking our big truck around We are looking forward to staying there again Thank you Jay you are an amazing host

Great location, cute and clean

This studio room was perfect for our weekend away. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a fun addition to the stay, and old town Bluffton was a three minute drive from the property. We would definitely rebook!

Great Location for Extended Stay!

We recently stayed 5 nights, utilizing the carriage house as homebase for our first trip to the Low Country. Unfortunately for us, we arrived just in time to experience hurricane Helene but Jay checked in with us and kept us informed with regards to the power / internet outages. The rest of our stay was perfect, and the one bedroom unit was the perfect size for the two of us. Because of Helene and a packed schedule visiting areas outside of Bluffton, we didn't utilize the golf cart but it was a nice option to have! The carriage house came well stocked with everything we needed, and we also enjoyed the extra gifts that we discovered upon check-in. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice with strong water pressure. Having access to a washer & dryer came in handy prior to departure. All in all, a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time staying here. We were in walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops but you can also take the golf cart. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and quiet.

The apartment and the outside area is wonderful! Very clean and functional. My only complaint is no one told us about the golf cart needing a battery and to use the other one there. It would have been nice to use the golf to go downtown and shop and eat.

Quick Weekend Getaway

This place was perfect was my wife and I to have a quick weekend away in Hilton Head! Old Town Blufton is beautiful and full of good food. Quick drive to Hilton Head Island as well. We will be back next summer!
