This reservation was incorrect. I am trying to get this refunded as we are moving from Michigan to Texas and made the reservation. Didn’t realize it was the day before we would be there until Expedia sent an email asking how our stay was. Needless to say I went numb. I just need my refund and would like to talk to someone

I came to Blytheville to visit family. I stayed for 2 nights. On the second night the elevator broke and I was staying on the 3rd floor. I have had some surgeries which make it hard for me to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The girl at the front desk, Kiara, went above and beyond. She found me a room on the 1st floor and then moved all my belongings from the third floor to the first floor. She is amazing!
