The place was clean and the apartment was in a good location for walking to local eateries and grocery. However, we had very disruptive neighbors who decided to throw a loud party until about 5:00 am, for which I had to call the police because I could not get in touch with the apartment manager. Keep in mind, we had two small children with us, who were upset and confused by all the noise. The excitement didn't stop there. The following evening, we were woken up at 4:00 am by our same neighbors (and the police knocking on our door) because they had a car accident in the parking lot of the apartment complex. The landlord/manager was apologetic and refunded us for one evening's stay, and assured us that this was not the norm for their normally quiet neighborhood. This may be true. HOWEVER, it is a RED FLAG that they allow people under 25 to rent their apartments. WORD OF ADVICE, check the age limits of future rentals. We sure learned our lesson; it was not fun living above 20-nothing-year-olds.
