We had to purchase our own towels. Rooms were filthy. Staff was no understanding. Had to take out our own trash
Niger’s on the furniture we asked to switch rooms, they had non available

The grounds were dirty. Trash and cigarettes butts everywhere including stairway and hallways. Had a kitchen but nothing to use in the kitchen. No hangers. You could get supplies from front desk. The staff were pleasant and helpful. At first they told me there were no rooms available even though I had a confirmation number and had already paid. Then the found a room. Location is industrial with nothing around. The vibe was sketchy.

The kitchen cupboards were empty so the kitchen was useless. The floor was dirty. Couldn’t watch the TV from the couch- bad layout. No desk. Will not stay here again.
