Pet fee was different than posted on hotels.com. No hot tub as described. Given room keys that didn’t work, went back gave us a new set that again didn’t work Bed was terribly uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean, spacious and breakfast was nice. My only complaint was that the two Queen beds in our room were rather small and if I had a measuring tape, I would surmise that these beds were closer to “doubles/full” than Queen. I did raise this concern with the front desk, who assured me that the beds were, in fact, “Queens” as advertised on the website. However, I respectfully disagree.
