Nice place to stay but a few inconsistencies.

So the hotel is nice but there are a few things you should be aware of: it is on the Intercoastal waterway and we we were on the side of the building facing the bridge. When cars drove over the bridge grate it made a rumbling noise and kept us awake, even with earplugs. They were nice and switched our room. The service was mostly good but we were there over Passover and asked for Matzoh and the bartender was pretty dismissive. So either they didn't have it (which I found surprising) or they didn't train the staff on that. Also It is not that close to the nice beach. And in terms of eco-friendly, they do everything in plastic and I didn't see any recycling bins.

Our first room smelled like mildew and mold. The front desk was nice enough to move us. The second room, after being out a few hours, also smelled of mold and mildew. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE GUESTS STAY IN THESE CONDITIONS. I felt like I was getting sick just breathing it in. We’ve stayed at the waterstone 2x before and never experienced this. What a disgrace

The new Japanese restaurant is excellent and the food on the patio, an outside bar ,was very good as well. The room was very comfortable shower a bit outdated.Very nice service but felt Nickled and dimed for the thirty one dollar charge for parking my car myself

Around the property the common areas were clean and kept. Beautiful view of the water. Nice pool area and bar. But the rooms were in poor condition, things were broken and in bad need of repairs and updates. For over $300/nite I expected the rooms to be in better condition.

Beautiful location. Japanese restaurant was wonderful and the sea spray grill has really nice food. Close walking distance to the Boca Inlet and beach. I prefer rooms on the lake Boca side.

Hilton's boutique hotel is missing frills....

Staffiing seemed to be a problem, which is disappointing given that the hotel appeared to be full. Limited food options, not even extra fruit for residents - no milk for tea/coffee in the rooms - a small glass cabinet with a few 'essential' items in the lobby. The staff we encountered were all lovely, but run off their feet.

I think the hotel room furnishings looked tired. No bathrobe or slipperswhich is ridiculous for the prices charged. Room service food choices extremely limited. The lobby looked great but halls and rooms did not.
