Jacklis House anno 1657 – Eco Apartment with Mountain View, Large Garden & Pool

Welcome to our exceptional and peaceful 106 m² eco apartment in Bodolz. The apartment and garden have been lovingly designed with our personal touch.



Some of the solid wood furniture was handmade by me, while other pieces are historic and of high quality.



The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. We provide a sparkling water maker, and the tap water from Lake Constance is of excellent drinking quality.



On the balcony, you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Herrengarten, wonderful mountain views, glimpses of the lake, and the beauty of nature. In the garden, you may spot our chickens, cats, and various birds like storks, red kites, blackbirds, and sparrows.



Feel free to use the large, well-kept, natural garden. There is a lovely barbecue area and several seating options. The property features three bodies of water (pool and small ponds). Please supervise children carefully. Use of the heated pool is available for an extra fee. As the pool is operated close to nature, you may occasionally see animals such as frogs or dragonflies in or around it. Garden use is at your own risk.



You can park directly on the property, with several covered parking spaces available.



A spacious storage room for sports equipment is provided, with charging options and a workbench with tools.



Our rooster Otto crows in the morning (I can let him out later if needed). The apartment is well soundproofed.



I am happy to share tips for bike tours, walks, swimming spots, and local events.



We are centrally located, with many activities nearby. Our place is especially recommended for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists.
