On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you have a spacious room with double bed and double sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a laundry area. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. Amenities include private air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and step-free independent access. The villa boasts a wonderful sea view from Punta Chiappa to the Portofino promontory, as well as mountain views.

You can access the shared panoramic outdoor pool daily from April to October (hours: 8 am to 7 pm); 2 loungers and 1 umbrella are available free of charge for each accommodation. The pool is reached via steps and is shared with a nearby property.



The shared parking offers 2 parking spaces in the garden. Events are not allowed and quiet is required after 11 pm. The villa is located in a private fenced area and offers direct access to the sea and cliffs within a 5-minute walk. Self check-in is available via key box. Public transport easily connects you to Genoa, Cinque Terre, Camogli, Santa Margherita, and Portofino, with bus stops 3 minutes away and train stations 2-10 minutes from the property.
