No ac in room coffee machine didnt work they replaced after 2 days. Only got two coffee pods never replaced. Breakfast at restaurant was not good. No coffee in lobby. Ran out of toilet paper twice. No hot water first 2 days finally fixed after multiple complaints. Website had washer & dryer in room. Hookup was there but no appliances

The room was beautiful, but the minibar service wasn't. The minibar should be stocked daily. They should also stock all the supplies daily for the room. I also feel the first coffee in the morning for the room should be free, because you pay for the room daily. The breakfast downstairs was horrible, the bread was old, not enough choices of fruit, and I feel the set up for breakfast needs to be more organized. Also, my room had a washing machine when i first arrived, but then they removed the machine without even asking or telling me. Communication wasn't the best. I would recommend to stay here, but I would also recommend to stay away from the breakfast.

⭐ 1 Star A “Luxury” Hotel Only in Advertising – Serious Maintenance, Cleanliness, and Safety Failures I stayed 12 nights in a Grand Suite at 93 Luxury Suites, a property marketed as a 5-star hotel. What I experienced was far from luxury and revealed long-term neglect, poor maintenance, inadequate cleaning, and clear safety concerns. Below is a detailed and accurate description of the issues I personally experienced, all supported by real photos: 🔴 HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS FAILURES • Dirty, stained, visibly worn furniture • Heavy dust and grime accumulated on top of kitchen cabinets • Dark, dirty, deteriorated bathroom grout • Cracked and damaged tiles • Amenities completely empty at check‑in • General lack of deep cleaning and inspections 🔴 MAINTENANCE FAILURES • Exposed and unsafe wiring behind the TV • Parquet flooring separating with visible gaps • Main door frame damaged and splintered • Drawers jammed and barely functional • Counter lights flickering constantly • Bedroom blackout malfunctioning repeatedly 🔴 FUNCTIONAL FAILURES • Both shower drains completely clogged on day one • Two full days without DirecTV • A two-hour water outage • Gym dirty, worn, and incomplete None of this reflects a 5-star standard — not even 3 stars. Staff were polite, but the suite conditions show systemic lack of maintenance, quality control, and oversight. Travelers deserve transparency.
