Lovely boutique in an excellent location for a fraction of the cost of larger hotels. I upgraded my room because I was staying several days and the basic room was a little small for a longer stay - the suite was spacious, modern and very clean. I love that there is no carpeting! I stayed at another property before coming here when I had to extend my trip and this place was so much better for a much lower cost. The area is super safe with tons of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. My only “complaint” was the lack of a hairdryer in the room despite it being mentioned in the listing. The staff was professional and welcoming and even other guests were nicer than other places I’ve stayed in Colombia. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay, including for longer trips.

The entire staff is incredibly well-trained, kind, and always willing to help. Their service truly made my experience unforgettable. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt! Muy cómodo y limpio. Cómo sugerencia les invito a que modifiquen las persianas para que bajen hasta el final ya que en el día entra luz por el espacio que no queda cubierto, y cómo mínimo detalle, sonorizar más la habitaciones. De resto, todo excelente. Gracias.

Un hotel muy regular

El hotel no tiene room service, si quieres cenar en el hotel te toca pedir un domicilio, el baño estaba sucio y con pelos en la ducha y no tienen ventanas anti ruido y no puedes dormir del ruido tan tenaz que se escucha de la calle, el hotel está muy deteriorado, le falta una remodelacion. Para destacar la atención de las personas de la recepción es muy buena, te ayudan en todo lo que les solicites inmediatamente,
