Our room was not a “suite”. It was a studio. The hotel was in the middle of a major remodel project. The shower head in our room was incredibly LAME! It took twice as long to bathe because there was so little water coming out.

Nice modern decor. Large room and kitchen. Water pressure very poor. Hard time rinsing off soap and would never be able to wash my hair. Toilet handle sticks in on position leaving water running. Very helpful staff.

When I arrived the fridge in my room didn’t work- it was fully warm, and the tv wouldn’t turn on. I was willing to overlook that because I was in town for a festival and I was out most of the time- however BOTH nights I paid for, when I came back to my room my key wouldn’t work. I had to go back down both nights to get a new key. When I asked if I was entitled to any sort of refund for the amount of inconveniences, on my birthday might I add, I was told because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t help me.

Well, kept great place amazing service

excellent service the lady at the front desk did a wonderful job. This is the place. I will be calling my home when I am visiting Boise, Idaho for my business. Very excited to see the renovation work that they are working on finished. I’m sure it’s going to look amazing. Highly recommend.
