It needs a deep cleaning and replacing torn lamp shades, draperies, make sure toilets and sink/tub drains are working properly. Simple fixes that show pride and caring. The front desk folks were very pleasant and courteous. Thank you for asking.

While the room was a little dated, it was clean and comfortable. About the only slightly bad thing were the lumpy pillows. Overall it was a great place to stay. Had a good nights sleep and breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, yogurt and more. Would stay here again.

I am disabled. He made assumptions before I could even speak and would not let me. The front desk manager was extremely rude, impatient and checked me out the next morning even though I paid for 2 nights. I will never stay at this hotel again. Customer service is most important and he treated me the worst i have ever been treated.
