We have stayed at this location about 15 times in the last year. The staff has always been excellent, until the last 4 months or so. While the staff is professional enough, the friendly, welcoming feeling is no longer there. That atmosphere was the reason we always came back to this location. While the physical aspects are still the same, it doesn't feel as welcoming. Even when this wasn't the closest or convenient location for us, we always chose to stay here due to the comfortable atmosphere. We are considering other options that are closer to where we will be doing our business.

Hotel was just as I expected. Very nice staff. Only comment is that the bathtubs in the shower are very slippery. They should add some anti slip material. I'm athletic and I almost fell twice!

My only problem was the fact that I chose a property with airport shuttle service. Yes, they have shuttle serviice but could not use it because the earliest time was 15 minutes before my flight was to board. Had to scramble to make other arrangement. Otherwise, great overnight stay.

The tiny little lemon glazed poppyseed scones at breakfast were to die for! Very tasty! And I love your waffles irons with fun flavors. The fresh chocolate chip cookies at check in were so good I swung by after a nice dinner at Applebees across the street as recommended to get another, but found the cookies were all gone. You snooze you lose, I’ll take two next time!
