Room was clean but the mattress is totally worn out. Had a big hollow dip on the left side and one can feel all the springs on the rest of the mattress. Had worst sleep ever!

Definitely would not stay here again. Check in was rough with the desk host refusing to run my card, Mastercards are pretty widely used, not sure if she was mad about working on Halloween but she was rather rude. My room smelled horrible, had to open the window & blast the heat for awhile to get some of the pungent odor out.

I booked this room as an emergency stay. I tried to use the credit card I had because you have to put an additional $50 deposit. Even though I opted for the additional insurance. The lady at the desk acted like I was bothering her. Even though I was the only person in the place. Amazing the card was declined, even though I just booked the room. Needless I was refused the reservation. I will be contacting the credit card company!

Fine room, about what is to be expected for the price. Hotel was old and a bit run down, but everything was clean and the bed was alright. Breakfast was pretty lackluster. Fine for a one-night stay.
