Desiree at the front desk was very helpful and genuinely seemed happy to see us and help get us checked in. In fact the entire staff was friendly, accommodating and happy, this was the most positive experience I have ever had checking in!

I got a room facing south…wonderful views however it wasn’t worth being in an adjoining room. A door. I had to call on 2 different nights because the room next door was blasting music one night . Then a bunch of guys partying it up on another night I could literally hear everything…and it was 11:30 pm.midnight. I’ve been staying here for over 5 years. Last time I stayed at The Grove, renovations were underway. Another loud stay, not very comfortable stay. The staff was great…they always have super nice young men working the valet. Front desk are also friendly, helpful. Rooms are updated and pretty. I would have rated it GREAT if rooms were more sound proof. And why are ppl not courteous when staying in a 4 star hotel?
