Large country house on 2 floors. The property is especially suitable for holiday stays for several families and ideal for larger gatherings, training camps, family parties, courses or the like. This large and unique property previously served as a school but was renovated in 2007 and converted into a large country house. The ground floor is furnished with a swimming pool (6.5 x 3 x 1.2 m) that can be used for play and swimming training as well as a 6-person whirlpool. A sauna for 8-10 people is also located on the floor, which at its southern end houses a large hall, which has previously been used for early morning training for the house's students or as a ballroom for some of life's major events. The food can be enjoyed in the spacious dining room with space for approx. 30 people. The room is furnished with a long dining table, but the table layout can easily be changed if you wish. Due to the size of the room, a TV has been set up so that all the friends can gather for the important national team matches etc. The cottage's kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with the most common necessities for cooking as well as service for more than 30 people. The first floor is primarily furnished with spacious bedrooms and a small living room with television from which there is access to an activity room with bar, pool table and darts. The cottage has a total of 13 toilets and 14 showers, of which nine showers are distributed in three shared shower rooms. The property offers a wealth of togetherness and activity opportunities for all. Outdoors you will find ball fields, petanque court, terraces and park / courtyard facilities. The property is located on a 4800 m & # 178; large plot with tall trees and stream in the backyard. In addition to the many activity opportunities, the reason is ideal for relaxation.
