We have stayed at this property in the past, so close to all we love to do bike, golf, beach and resteraunts. Our host has an amazing spot and the home was perfect.
Selected this stay knowing that the property is still recovering from the hurricane. Pool not open and some of the property is still under construction. As beach parking is very limited, the location is wonderful being right across the street from the beach and a restaurant that has seating indoors and on the beach and offers takeout food/drinks to have on the beach. The lanai has a nice view of the Gulf. As noted by others, the furnishings and decor are just ok; Although the place was clean, I did note a musty smell when entering the apartment. Also suggest some newer beach chairs
Picture does not show how crowded the unit is with furniture, owner storage and lots of stuff. The drapes on small window made it very dark and when I took them down, since we would be there 3 weeks, I noticed they had mold on them. Furniture is old, damaged and mismatched. Sofa and chair very uncomfortable. Too many lamps. Lots of owner stuff on shelves in bedroom. Beach chairs were rusted and poor shape. Also, the pool never opened. The unit was clean and is very functional. Also, the location to beach and stores is great. Exterior of building looks like a constuction site. We did enjoy being able to walk to beach.
Mostly good things about this property; newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Beach chairs and wagon available. Easy walk to beach. Easy walk to Coconut Jackâs and Docâs restaurants. The one negative thing was the furniture, everything was mismatched and overcrowded. Still a lot of hurricane damage to the grounds.
