Amazing Location

The condo is in a great location with being directly across the beach and walking distance to two restaurants. The beach is right across the street which is really nice as the beach parking fills quickly. Better yet, the condo provides beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and even a beach wagon to easily walk to the beach. The condos pools were very nice as well. The condo does have only 1 wall a/c unit which was fine for us but I could see some feeling warm if you prefer the room temperature below 70-72. All in all, we would definitely return again as it was a wonderful time in an amazing location.

Perfect getaway that has everything you need

This was the perfect place for my sister and I to run away from our families for a few nights. They literally had everything you would need in the rental, so all you have to bring are your clothes. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil and salt and pepper, even a heated pool. The condo property was quiet, the only noise was from the road that runs between the condos and the beach but we didn't let that bother us. From condo to sitting on the beach was about 8 minutes. The owner was very responsive and friendly to work with. We will def keep this in mind if we need another getaway!

Wonderful Spring Break Get-Away!

Bonita Springs is a beautiful place to stay! The beach is peaceful. The locale is perfect. Everything about our experience has been wonderful! I cannot say enough positive remarks about the area, and the hosts are amazing! Our condo was exactly what we needed for our stay! We will be back!!

Bonita Springs spring break

My husband and I stayed at This property for our spring break. I booked in January. Prior to the trip and throughout our stay we had great communication with the owner, Steve. He answered our questions quickly. When we arrived the pkace looked great. It was clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag and coolers to take to the beach. The beach is as so convenient, right across the street. We loved have Docs and Coconut Jack’s so close as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation.

Great experience!

Great location! This place has everything from beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and a great view of the ocean. The unit is clean and updated with some special homey touches. The owners are great to work with and respond quickly.

Could not have been happier with choice

We enjoyed our stay during the month of January. Steve was an excellent owner who responded quickly to any small issue we might have had. I would recommend his condo too anyone - as long as they don't want it when I do!

Great experience!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the owners. The unit was recently renovated - OCD clean and well-appointed. Great communication before, during, and after our stay. Incredible sunsets. Super comfy bed. We look forward to returning!

The place is very nice and clean. Breath taking views of the water. Steven was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place had plenty of room for what we needed it for. Close to the beach and some very nice restaurants. I will definitely be coming back!!l

Awesome stay on Bonita Beach

This property provides everything you may want for a wonderful beach stay. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach tote was much appreciated. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE! We enjoyed the deck with the ocean view. Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jack's restaurants were within walking distance and both served excellent food. This property made our stay fantastic, we would recommend without hesitation. We hope to stay again in the future!!

Bonita condo

The condo was very nice and in a great location. My only complaints were that the complex is still undergoing renovation so the cafe and one of the buildings was under construction. Also the interior of the buildings needs more lighting at night.

Laurie & Jim's Wedding weekend

It was a very convenient location to the wedding venues in Bonita Springs. Great beach access and Doc's across the street came in handy for breakfast and watching the playoffs cause I couldn't figure out how to operate the TV to get Cable. Steve super helpful assisting me on the phone till I got it. Staple products were in the condo but we had bought some at the market so we used what was there and left the "fresh ones".

Great place!

This rental had everything you could ask for! It was immaculately clean, tastefully updated and ready for a week at the beach! The owner was in touch to make sure all was in order. The coffee bar was an unexpected nice touch! We appreciated as well the nice sheets and towels, and felt right at home! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Experience!

We stayed for 3 days... it was a very last moment trip. We had a great time, the chairs and umbrella were a great addition... the apartment is pristine. Had everything we need it. The fact that is across the street from the beach is a MUST to me. My kids are teens and they want to spend time in the pool and I like the beach! ... So we were all happy! It was convenient and Steven was great when he got an extra key after my son locked us out of the unit! Super responsive! I would definitely highly recommend and already have people asking me!

Perfect spot for relaxing vacation.

The location was great. Property is just outside the busy/touristy fort meyers beach. Plenty of dining options around. There is beach access right across the street. We opted to take a short drive to some free pull off beach access areas. Host provided us with contact info which came in extremely handy when the VRBO app wasn't working. Steve and Debra were quick to reply and always helpful. This location definitely gets added to our "we'll be back" list.

Very nice, wonderful gulf breeze on the balcony

Will not disappoint, very clean and owners have thought of everything you need for a stay. Condo is well laid out and the property is very nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Great location! Awesome stay!

We stayed in Steve's place for 5 nights and had the best time. It's not super fancy, but it was definitely perfect for us. The inclusion of beach supplies was awesome and made our stay that much better. Less than a 5 minute walk from the door to the beach. Views were beautiful, as well. Lanai was perfect for morning coffee, nighttime cocktails, or watching the (occasional) rain. The bed was very comfortable, as well! We loved that it was a quiet place to stay--not crazy touristy at all. The beaches weren't even that crowded. (We went one day to Fort Meyers and it was crazy busy--we were so happy we chose to stay where we did.) We would definitely stay here again!
