Arrivée sur les lieux de l'hôtel hôtel fermé on ne savait pas si c'était ouvert ou pas essayer d'appeler le numéro de l'hôtel ça n'a jamais répondu du coup on a appelé le numéro de l'assistance de l'autre l'hôtel.com ils nous ont hébergé après 2h de discussion sur un hôtel à Saint-Étienne qui est très bien

L hotel était fermé j'ai passé la nuit dans la voiture. Hôtels .cols ne vérifie rien et accepte des hotel en faillite

La réservation a été faite sur Hôtels.com mais l hotel est fermé donc pas de chambre. Il serait bon de signaler quand les hôtels ne sont plus en activité pour éviter ce genre de désagrément d autant plus que mon paiement à été encaissé, je ne sais toujours pas si je vais être remboursé.

A fuir je reserve sur votre site le vendredi début d'après-midi je paie en ligne sans problème .j appelle vers 17h pour dire que j arriverais vers 20h et la on me dit qu il ne peuve pas honoré ma réservation car problème électrique Et qu il n'avait pas pu me joindre avant!!!il .on m’a demandé d envoyer mon RIB par mail en allant chercher le mail sur sur le site super service et que son collège traiterai le remboursement car elle ne savait pas faire. A fuir ce type d’établissement que se serait il passé si je n'avais pas appelé avant de venir avec ma fille de 2ans Tres mauvaise expérience sur votre site du coup car vous ne vérifiez pas vos prestataires.
