The staff was super friendly and helpful, the water pressure was terrible and there was a dirty towel hung in the shower. Other wise we had a great stay.

Its location is good near a park, close to T, good for walking to a food market. The house keeping was sometimes good and sometimes bad. Missing coffee, water, or towel occasionally.

No Rest for the Wicked (or Anyone Else)

The glass door to the bathroom did not allow discreet nighttime bathroom visits (the light in the bathroom lit up the room). No carpet and room doors with a natural slamming mechanism did not allow much sleep at this hotel.

I was staying because I had surgery at MGH. After surgery it was so nice to return to an exceptionally clean room. The bartender went out of his way to fix me a grilled cheese sandwich. I had not eaten for 2 days so that was the best grilled cheese I ever ate. Excellent property. Will return but hopefully under better circumstances
