This property is always clean and safe, which I appreciate. However, the breakfast which is obligatory is dreadful. I would prefer the option to not partake, or else to have a nice-quality pastry rather than a preservative-packed one. The rooms are very nice, except that some of the design elements make no sense, like the flat sinks that don't drain and leave debris all over the place.

Positives- Clean throughout entire property; attentive and polite staff; great breakfast Negative- Room heating leaves a lot to be desired as the thermostat has an upper limit if 74 degrees which is barely adequate given the weather in Boston, which we all know is chilly; water pressure bathroom sink is barely a trickle

We booked this hotel along with many other families for the BC vs. Clemson football weekend. Since the hotel promotes itself as a “BC Football Hotel,” we were very disappointed to return at halftime hoping to enjoy cocktails in the lobby, only to find that the game could not be shown on the TVs in the bar/lounge. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that the hotel does not have the ACC Network. This is unacceptable for a property that markets itself around BC Football weekends. Many guests were disappointed to miss the second half of the game after leaving the stadium. If you’re planning to stay here for a football weekend, be sure to confirm that they’ve added the ACC Network to their cable package—especially given the premium rates charged on game days!

I was worried about the train noise from other reviews but it was no problem at all. Mediterranean restaurant right next door, Eagles deli a block away has breakfast lunch and dinner. One block to the T stop. Hotel was super clean.
