Location was great

Took a month-long trip to NYC, DC, Philadelphia and Boston and this was the worst of the 4 places we’ve stayed at, priced the same as all others - about 350/night.Very small room, smaller than it appears in the photosExtremely dirty windows - pics attachedStained towels upon our arrival - were replaced quickly at our requestScratches on the walls everywhere, some walls looked repaired and painted an unmatching color in a few spots - see pics No strainer in the sink - my earring fell into the sink and I couldn’t recover it - pic attachedRoom had leftover items from the previous guests (hair clip on the shelf and a part of the plastic hanger)No kettle in the room - provided the next day upon our requestNo utensilsWasher on the floor was broken. Washer needed coinsThere was no table or nightstand to put belongings on or to eat atTv was for some reason placed in the entrywayThe response times from the management were quick.

Very different stay

The stay is perfect for people who don't plan on staying in their room for a long period of time. The first morning we woke up to dripping. There was a leak from the ceiling. I contacted the management and they said a maintenance person will be up and will contact me. They did not. Finally late afternoon, he showed up after I text management again. He said he would look into it. Midnight there was a pool of water on the floor. I text right away and they said to put a towel on it and housekeeping would bring more towels up. Well the next day, i was bombarded with texts asking if housekeeping did their job. When we got back late afternoon, they did not. We had to do their jobs plus a slew of texts interfering with my vacation. Not a great time at all. Recommend stay for location only.

Nice place but very noisy

The room itself was very nice and accommodating for myself. However, the noise from outside between people talking, drivers honking their horns, sirens was a lot to deal with.

Apartment in Boston

The communication with the property manager was great and the location was great but the listing and pictures weren’t accurate. The building was dirty and poorly maintained. The condo had a stand alone air conditioning unit that was loud and in the way of the bed and ran constantly without cooling the room. The walls had blood splattered on them the door didn’t close properly and had stuff spilled down it. The sofa shown in the photo wasn’t there and instead a small fake leather sticky oversized chair was in its place. The bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall. I asked to be let out of the contract but wasn’t able to and did finally get moved to a better condo for the last night. The noise from the road below was really loud and the homeless drug population was all over the entry point and in Boston Commons a crossed the street. Not worth the price paid at all and would not recommend.

Perfect location

The location was perfect- near Boston commons surrounded by restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Room was perfect for 1 or 2 people. Easy to check in very secure. Stayed by myself and felt very safe. Loved the mini fridge and microwave so I could snack or get ready in the morning without having to go to a restaurant

The door to the apartment did not fit. There was a gap all of the way around that people could look through. We were staying for 6 days, but when we got there, there were 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel, no wash cloths. We immediately texted and asked for more. we texted again the next day, finally on day 3, my husband had to go hunt down housekeeping and ask for more. The TV was not set up and would not connect with the internet info they gave us, so after 2 hours of texting, we finally got the tv to work. There was a portable air conditioner with a vent tube going out the window, which would have been fine, but it is placed at the end of the corner of the bed. There were two of us, so one of us had to crawl over it in the middle of the night to use the restroom, you could not walk around it. We're in our 60's and this was not ideal.

First time in Boston!

Amazing location! Close to transit, restaurants, shops, etc. Boston Common is a great area! There is street noise, especially on the weekend, but they provide earplugs. I have to say that there was an unpleasant aroma in the foyer and hallway. We did not notice it in our suite though.
