We loved this quaint studio. It was spacious for the 2 of us with multiple places to sit, a fabulous kitchenette with everything we needed. The knife set was fabulous and included a knife sharpener. Very important!!! The bathroom was beautiful and Will did a wonderful job with all the tile! Comfortable bed and multiple pillows for any preference. The 4 stars for location/neighborhood were for distance from downtown, but for the price we paid, we expected that. There was also a loud party one of the weekend nights, but we had earplugs so slept fine. We had a rental car and also used Uber. It was a great central location for all we wanted to do including Cape Cod, Plimoth Patuxit, Maine, Salem as well as Concord/Lexington and downtown Freedom Trail sites. We were here for 10 days. We loved Will and Takara. Both are gracious hosts and kind and wonderful people. Would definitely stay here again!!!
Even though it's in the city, this space is located in a quiet part of town.I used the public transit, and had multiple bus lines available within a short walk. There's much to see/experience just within walking distance (up to 1 mile). There is a drive way, though, and parking options. The room itself is a good size for up to 2 adults, and a couple of young kids (under 8). The kitchen is sufficient to make small meals, but eat it all as there's no microwave to reheat leftovers. The curtains do an excellent job of blocking out any streetlights or passing headlights without completely blacking out sunlight.I was able to chill the space down with the window unit, but didn't figure out the heat situation when we had an unusually cool night. The extra blankets are cozy. A very lovely, pretty space in a house with it's own entrance which I appreciated greatly.
Nice and clean but not in a great area of the city. Needed to Uber everywhere because we didnât feel safe walking from there. One thing people need to know before they book is that there is no TV. I thought that was pretty standard and didnât think about looking at the amenities list to check if it had one. All in all, really pricy in our opinion for what it was.
Property is very clean and as described by the host. The area is not close enough to downtown so we were not able to walk unfortunately. We didnât explore the neighborhood for food or entertainment options but the people we did see in the neighborhood were friendly. We were able to park in the driveway which was a nice perk.
I had a great stay and especially appreciated how thoughtfully designed the studio was. Spacious and private despite being I. The forest floor, everything was spotless. Little touches like the wooden slab counters and efficient storage were appreciated. Close to a great coffee shop as well.
Reasonable price & quick access to wherever you want to go. The hosts were very kind & accommodating! Would have liked a microwave!! Definitely would return!!
I was in Boston for a mix of work/pleasure, and this location worked perfectly. A solid 30 minute walk from the city proper, but super rideshare accessible to anywhere youâd need to go. The hosts were quick to respond and eager to help with anything I needed, 10/10 would stay here again!
My Significant other and I came to Boston for a quick weekend trip. This location is perfect for all activities in and around the city. Clean, great location, and good food.
This studio was lovely! We were in a great location, very easy to get downtown. The studio was comfortable and bright. It had everything we needed and we had a great time. Would absolutely stay again!
The studio was larger than I thought it would be. Very comfortable and clean. The trundle bed was kind of hard - kids would be comfortable on it, but I don't know about adults. The regular bed was great.
Hosts were friendly and gave good info on the area.
