The hotel was not renovated as stated. There was no hot water The sink was all cracked It feels like a MOTEL from a thriller movie

The environment was extremely unclean, with visible stains throughout the rooms, from the floors to the couches. I arrived at 2 a.m. but checked out in the morning because the property was poorly maintained. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I strongly urge management to address these cleanliness issues immediately

The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor, there was no shower curtain. Noise carried on late at night from 12-3am, no answer at front desk to address issue, no hot water for a morning shower.

It NEEDS to be renovated! It is old and creepy. The breakfast is terrible. It was supposed to be continental. No juice, no eggs, no sausage or bacon. Only toast, cereals and wraffles! The place was dirty.

Average hotel that could be a lot better with a little bit of work. Staff were nice and friendly. The carpet felt like it needed a clean and the chair had gross stains and should be simply be replaced. Also some newer sheets would be a good idea. Not the Hotels fault but when I turned the TV on the previous guest had turned the volume up to MAX!!! What clown does that!! At least there was no alarm clock set to 2am like another Hotel we stayed at.

Highly recommend! Hidden gem with great price!

We have stayed this hotel for the labor day weekend. Excellent access to Concord, Boston and Gloucester. One King bed room is very large with a big TV, one set of nice writing desk with two comfort chairs, two side tables, an extra nightstand, a fridge, an excellent AC & dryer a large bathroom. They offer the nicer spacious garage below the hotel building and convenient to access the hotel with rain or snow. Very friendly & intelligent hotel manager made us super quick check in. We will be back!
