The shower was so hard to turn on front desk. Had to come up and do it. The tub didn’t have a working stopper!!! Going for cancer treatment. The next day I wanted a bath and could not take one totally disappointed.

It was convenient to our travel plans which was why I chose it, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and quick. The tavern attached to the hotel was really cute and the food was good. I am so impressed and the cost was so low. I would stay again for sure.

Staff very courteous, room was clean. However the room was really noisy, with ventilation for the corridor's heat (outside the room) thumbing in our room on and off. I don't know if all rooms were like this, but ours was, and it was difficult to sleep.

I loved the pre check in. And I took full advantage of it gave my car plate number and time of arrival... when we arrived, they had stated that a room was not ready at three p m.And that my gift card for hotels dot com.Would not work. I did book the hotel through the website and I was given the option to pay now or pay later, so I chose to pay later.There was no way for them to input this.So I could not use my gift card... After being at the counter for 30 minutes of them trying the gift card.We offered up a new form of payment. Staff quickly said that the payment did not go through.Although we checked our bank and it's clearly clearly taken out of the account. The staff seemed flustered overwhelmed or just incompetent for checking people in when faced with a difficult situation.
