The room was OK. There is a hole in the insid of the bathroom door and the shower drain was in multiple pieces. There was also spots of a powder black substance on the comfortor cover that concerned me. There was no one staffing the front desk as I left or I would have mention these things. They are likely only noticible if you spend a night in the room. The frontdesk person I met upon check in and the breakfast room staff were great - friendly and gracious.

Room was clean and spacious, and staff courteous, helpful, prompt. Breakfasts (we had three days worth) were better than we've experienced elsewhere and breakfast/kitchen staff very attentive. The pool was clean and well kept, and it's big enough to do mini-laps and often empty enough to allow this. One recommendation for improvement: more grab bars in the bath tub/shower combination. Our room had a grab bar to assist with entrance, but bars on the side and back of the shower stall would make showering more safe for everyone.

The hotel is nothing special and desperately needs a renovation. My closet was broken, the bathroom was cramped, and the shower temperature was inconsistent. However, I really enjoyed the 24/7 latte and cappuccino machine, that was a great amenity.

The room looked nice at first, then I went to take a shower and there was pubic hair in the shower. The sink looked like someone brushed and rinsed and left crumbs of something. There was hair on the floor, like no one swept, vacuumed or moped it. Had to get off the bed because the front desk called that my accident fee was not charged when the first guy said it was all set. The elevator noise was very annoying, it made it hard for me to fall asleep. I’ve stayed there before and was not like this.
