Great stay - AMAZING staff. The problem with my stay was the high tech room had an issue with the TV. It resolved itself after a day out but was inconvenient provided you can’t just fix it we tried everything with the staff. Also the condition of the 4th floor hallway was weird carpet looked dirty but may have just been the design + smelled like diapers the whole stay. It was odd but I would stay here again because the location is INCREDIBLE short safe walk to anywhere you need.

The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful, very chill and comfortable, so many areas to relax and socialize/work. The bar was great also, drinks were amazing. Only thing I didn’t really like was the hotel does not offer parking which I didn’t realize when i booked it. And the rooms do not have an iron, instead there is a community iron on the floor, not a fan of that. The room was smaller than i expected but not a big deal. Otherwise the hotel was bright and beautiful and very clean. Great location.

A really great hotel in a wonderful location. With super-comfy beds, lovely linen and all mod cons, the room is small but perfectly formed. I was surprised that despite the busy road outside, it really is quiet and tranquil inside. Everything works, too - seems like an obvious point but not always the case, even in very expensive hotel. This one provides great value for money in a top neighbourhood around Berkelee music school, with its pretty brownstones, great shopping and hip restaurants. Excellent transport links too. Highly recommend the place, especially for Boston first-timers.

Stay was good. Only issue were the blinds in the room. Picked the room specifically for the view. The blinds are on a zipper track and it was derailed. I brought it up to a staff member and they said they would send somebody out to fix it. It was never dealt with so the next day I brought it up again to a different staff member and had to requested to change rooms if it was not able to be fixed. Went out for the day and when we back and it still wasn’t fixed so thought maybe third time was a charm but again nothing was ever done. Silly issue and annoying we were never able to open the blinds during our 4 nights there. Over all it was clean, felt safe, and in a great area.
