This was my first time staying here as it was recommended because it was close to Gillette and easy to get to and from. We hit major traffic and a 4 hour drive turned in to 8. We were so happy when we finally arrived and could go into our room to relax for a bit, SHOWER, get ready and head back out. Unfortunately, that was not in the cards for us. Check in time at the hotel was stated as 3 PM. We did not arrive until 4:38 PM and our room was not ready. There was no way that we could wait until the room was ready and we had no choice but to say that we would take the room so we could at least put our bags in change and get right out again. We took the room being dirty. None of us were even able to shower. This was completely unacceptable. Your hotel also wanted a $50 incidental fee upon checking in. Again completely unacceptable as the room was not even ready for us, and it was way past the check in time! Then leaving the next morning, we were informed by staff that our car was almost towed because we parked in an area for buses where we should not have. No one told us where we could even park! I’m not sure if your hotel was overwhelmed with the amount of people staying there however, this was not only unfortunate for guests who have never stayed with you before, but completely unacceptable. I would be hesitant to ever recommend your hotel to stay at.

The front desk was great. Although the room was clean, it did smell a little musty. Breakfast was served until 10. We were there at 9:30. Several things were done and not replenished. I went to refill a juice before breakfast was done. I was told sorry, the machine is turned off. Check out time was at 11am. I was brushing my teeth and at 10:55 am house keeping was already knocking on the door telling us to check out. For these reasons, I will not be returning. Than kyou

The only drawback to this property is they only service the room every THIRD night. At the very least, towel refreshes are needed every day, so three days seems excessively long. One of the perks of being on vacation is having someone else service the room, and with this policy, the customer does not receive this perk.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast decent, ended right on time so don’t be late! Carpet is a bit worn, elevators a bit slow, but times are tough for hotels.

The hotel overall was great. What was not so great is not having 3 channels on the television for 2 days. I have never had this problem before. I had called down to the front desk on our first evening. Someone came to the room, tried to fix it then said they'd be back. Never came back. Tried again at the front desk the next day at breakfast, no one came up. Tried again that night, someone came to check, said they'd call in 15 mins. One hour later a call came saying it may be fixed within 24 to 48 hours. I was checking out the next day. It may not seem like such a big deal, however traveling with a special needs child who watches certain shows, it is a really big deal. Unfortunately I felt I was not being heard and the situation was down played by the staff.

I booked a double room king bed and paid extra for this "double room" setup for my mom, dad, and myself when I could have just booked a double queen bed. I get to the hotel and checked myself in at 3:30 am just to find out that it was really just a single kind bed with a door that connects to another room which the hotel booked to another person. I talk to the staff and he was super unhelpful saying he cant give a refund, he cant give me another room as its all booked up even though I see online there are still some available, and he cant go clean another checked out room. I write a letter so that he can give to his manage that he states would be in by 10 am and there was no manager instead I was greeted with such a rude and hostile attitude from the staff towards me, a customer. I would never recommend anyone staying here as its dirty, hostile, unhelpful, unprofessional, and untruthful business.
