The room was spacious, cleaned well, had a great bathroom with shower_tub combination and nice shelf space. A timely shuttle service with friendly driver picked us up at the airport and took us back after our stay.

Airport shuttle was on time and both drivers were polite and helpful to all passengers. Reception and Breakfast employees were also very helpful. Breakfast starting at 6am was great, gave us time to eat before heading back to the airport. Bed was super comfortable, had a good nights sleep.

This would otherwise be a good property but very poorly managed. Fabiola, the manager would not return a phone call after over a dozen attempts over a month indicating to me that she is the problem. The room was dirty but even worse, the shower curtain was not installed correctly and the water over time has deteriorated the tile and grown black mold. Avoid this hotel like the plague until they get new management that cares.

The hotel is noisy and very unclean. I tried to to politely mention a problem to a manager thinking that they cared and there was none nor would they ever respond to me. The front desk did not seem to know their manager and it seems like customer service is almost as bad as their attention to cleanliness. Don't bother with this hotel. There are better options.

Very nice hotel in a rough location

Once inside the hotel is was lovely. Public spaces & rooms were neat , well appointed and well maintained. The staff were great. The location was very off-putting in between busy roads in a congested area. It is fairly near Logan airport and the airport shuttle works very well.

The shuttle was very convenient and picked us up ten minutes after we called. It was on time on the way back to Logan the next morning. Beds were comfortable, staff were helpful, breakfast was good. Lots of airline crew staying there. It was a handy spot for us traveling for one day to an event in Melrose.

Perfect location for an overnight layover at Logan Airport. Convenient 24 hour airport shuttle, attached restaurant and bar that serves food late. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was hot, fresh and well maintained.
