This is my third time staying at this property. It has always been enjoyable. The room's appliances were rather outdated, however, we had no complaints during our stay. It is well worth the convenience of being so close to the convention center - without the noisiness hotels can bring. Highly recommended!

Great location

The location is great, and the price is a bargain. The rooms are pretty spare, but have a kitchenette and small closet. Nice rain shower. Room felt a bit damp, but it was high summer in Boston, and the AC mostly alleviated it

What an amazing location! Just around the corner from the Prudential T stop and a quick walk fom so many sites and restaurants. Bonus that the space itself was so lovely! The rooms were clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable (and props for having the best pillows of any inn or hotel I've stayed!). Our room was essentially a mini apartment that was so perfect for my family of three ( 1 king and a queen pullout) - infinitely better than the 2 double beds in one room that we almost booked at another establishment for significantly more money. Excited to stay here again!

Charming brownstone and super clean!

Very nice room and very clean. Bathroom is small but nice. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Looks better than the photo online. The parking wasn't right where we were staying but wasn't too far away. Much nicer than I expected. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 minutes from Prudential Building and Christain Science Center. There is a 7-11 very close by. Nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in room 211. The room was nice. The bathroom was sufficient, but it only had a rain showerhead. It is an older building. The stairs were somewhat precarious. The staff was very nice. You do have to request fresh towels. They do not do daily turn down service.

Charming, clean, and close to everything

The place is super cute. It is nestled in a bunch of brick, row houses. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a small, but full, kitchen. It is very close to public transit and things to do. I would definitely go back.

Old charming building. Room was modern and comfortable with unexpected perks like a coffee maker, mini fridge and stove. But once again sharply steep steps two floors up. No elevator. These hotels are more for young people.
