This property is meh on all levels. As others have mentioned, the check in process is ridiculous. Luckily for me, I was attending an event at TD Garden, which is across the street from key pickup. Otherwise it's ridiculously inconvenient. The apartment is managed by a property management company, so you will get a quick reply, but it will come from several different people who don't appear to check in with each other at all, so lots of duplication. The apartment itself is no-frills, which is fine if you know that going into it. The bathroom is TINY - I am not a large person and I couldn't sit on the toilet and also turn my body to get the toilet paper without banging into the sink and the door. The mattress is covered in plastic and is really uncomfortable. The window looks out onto a brick wall, fire escape ladders, and other people's windows, so you have to keep the shades drawn the whole time.Great location; I walked everywhere in Boston and returned back to the property each evening around 11 pm with no problems whatsoever. There are so many options in Boston - I'd only stay here again if I didn't have any other choices.
