The room was so dirtyThe halls were too. They smelled like drugs. I've never been to an extended stay where there was no supplies in the kitchen and then to top it all off there was a mouse in our room. Thankfully, the woman at the front desk was kind and refunded us. I have never stayed in a worst hotel.

Bad rooms and no service whatsoever

Tried this place a 2nd time after a terrible time last year. The place wasn't as dirty but the place was in disrepair. Only 1 lamp worked. There were patch marks everywhere around the walls. The guy at the desk was completely rude. Asked which way to the room and he just said go upstairs and follow the signs. Woke up in the morning to get some coffee and nothing was set up. The room had only 3 small pillows and there were 2 wet bath towels on the counter. There was only 1 bath towel in the room and a used bar of soap. There was no hand soap or shampoo. Never go back

There was a sticky red substance on the desk in the room. The breakfast area was dirty, ran out of coffee within 1 hour. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

Our room was missing a drawer in the bathroom vanity, had a faulty bathroom fan, a window that did not open, and had not been properly cleaned before our visit (toe or finger nails and other debris was present on the floor). Moreover, the breakfast offering was essentially non-existent as we were informed the hotel had run out of supplies to make it available. I will say the hotel is in a quiet area and the staff are pleasant enough, but we won't be visiting again.

I got there after a 6 hour drive and just wanted to sleep. Front person was great. I got in put my food down and passed out. The next morning i woke up to GNATS all around me. In the bathroom, on yhe mirror, in the fridge, ON MY FOOD. explained this to the front desk and show the reps the pictures i had. They said the everything would be refunded. Thats 05/09. Its 05/22 and the stay still has not been refunded. If youre staying here PLEASE double the room before you fall asleep

Awful!

This hotel is run down. The rooms were old, dingy, & outdated. The staff were rude & aggressive. We were suppose to have a grab & go breakfast but the coffee was always empty & they only had chocolate muffins. The staff actually got mad at my husband when he asked them to refill the coffee. This place was awful!!
