Our stay was okay, but not great. Communication could have been better — the address listed on the booking wasn’t where we actually checked in, which caused some confusion. I received an email from the company when we landed, but since my phone wasn’t set up yet, I didn’t see it until later. Thankfully, the staff at the counter were extremely helpful and got everything sorted out.
The room itself was fine but could have been cleaner. There was hair on the bathroom walls, and the couch was stained and didn’t feel very clean. Luckily, there was a clean blanket in the closet that we used to cover the couch so we could sit comfortably.
The kitchen area was decent, but the chairs at the table felt fragile — the bolts were loose, and they didn’t feel very sturdy to sit on. We only used the space for breakfast cereal before heading out for the day, so it was manageable.
Our unit was on the main floor, and unfortunately, the blinds weren’t room-darkening. There was a bright light right outside the window that made it difficult to sleep — it was actually brighter at night than during the day.
Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
