Hyatt Home is what this places should be called instead of Hyatt House. My room has a queen size bed, ensuite and a seperate dining / lounge room. The day starts with a workout in the generous fitness centre (3 running machines, a semi broken cross walker and ample weights. Theres even an area to complete a stretch on THICK mats) After the workout, its a shower and FREE breakfast which will always have cooked eggs / meat and other option. You could also get a fresh made omlette. Then its off to work, but you cant walk anywhere because this hotel is not in Waltham but near the freeway. But if you are fit and the weather is good, you could walk to the shopping complex about 1 mile away. After work, you can enjoy a drink at the friendly bar and chat to any of the many travelling workers or head out for dinner at a few of the local locations. Then when your day is over, return to the hotel to settle into a very comfortable and clean bed. Get some great sleep and repeat the day. There is a guest laundry onsite for $3 wash and $3 dry (cash only) for those travelling an extended time or who happen to spill there breakfast on their business clothes (ooops). Great front counter staff. I will be back when my work insist a stay in waltham, not Boston, for a week

Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast and the location was great. Close to Boston and the surrounding area. Would stay again.

2 things that I didn’t like.. 1. Bar closing at 11:00pm Inwoukd recommend an extra hour 2. Breakfast was ok could be better if it was served warm not cold.. Other than those two dislikes It was a nice surprise overnight

Affordable great stay with great free breakfast

Great location - the place still feels like new. Large, clean rooms. Well appointed and super comfortable bed. Sure, you can slightly hear people in the room next door, but that’s not uncommon. The free breakfast here is the best free breakfast I’ve had in places like this. There are two great restaurants that you can easily walk to about .2 miles away. Very affordable given the location.
