The receptionists for the afternoon check in is so rude and unprofessional. She took my credit card charged me 254$ without saying why she’s charging me. Then to later explain $95 for parking for 3 days. Customer service sucks. The room is so dusty and the ac cuts off every 10 to 15 minutes. The breakfast is one thing over and over that is tasteless. Would never visit a Hampton Inn ever again. Don’t waste your time and money going to 200 Chelsea 2nd st location.
